It's located on lake Victoria about 23km south of Entebbe. it's part of the Koome group of islands located in Mukono District. This island has a project of the Chimpanzee sanctuary and wildlife Conservation Trust and is currently a home of more than 40 orphaned chimpanzees.
Day 1
In the morning after breakfast drive off to Entebbe to be transferred to Ngamba island that forms part of the kome archipelago for Chimpanzee tracking. take photographs and then explore the island for monitor lizard, otters and variety of bird species.
Enjoy the island and return late afternoon.
