MOUNTAINS OF THE MOON (RWENZORI) SAFARI
Duration: 9 Days,8 nights
Day 1 Kampala-Kasese
08:30hrs: check out of your Kampala hotel and departs for western Uganda.
stopover in Mbarara for refreshment and lunch .
Dine and stay overnight in kasese town at Hotel Margherita.
Day 2: Kasese-Rwenzori
After breakfast, the guide will have purchased all necessary items for the
hike in Rwenzori mountains (''Mountains of the Moon'').
proceed to ibanda ,the foot of Rwezori Mountains; your
porter and guide are introduced to you. proceed to the first hut (Nyaditaba)
for an overnight stay.
Day2-8 in the Rwezori, and on the 8th day you are collected from
Ibanda and taken to kasese to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 9: kasese-kampala
Breakfast at leisure.
Afternoon leisurely drive back to kampala with stopover for item
of interest.
